Attorney Lavinia Savini will take part in the seminar “Design and Architecture Works: The Rules Today”, promoted by ADI Emilia-Romagna (Association for Industrial Design), AIAP (Italian Association of Visual Communication Design), and the Order of Architects of Bologna.

The event will be held on 16 June 2026, from 14:30 to 17:00, at the Fondazione Golinelli in Bologna.

The seminar will focus on the new European Design Package and the key issues surrounding the protection of intellectual property in design, architecture, and digital environments. Special attention will be given to the challenges posed by artificial intelligence and virtual spaces — areas where existing frameworks of protection are increasingly tested by rapid and far-reaching technological change.

The event will bring together lawyers, designers, and industry professionals for an in-depth discussion on a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
